If you decide to contract Stipendia as your payroll specialist we firstly allocate you a single point of contact who will be an experienced member of our payroll team. This means you’ll be able to contact them by telephone and/or email at a time that best suits you.

Your team member will always ensure that your payroll is set up correctly, liaising with you to ensure there are no problems or errors. This involves many different steps, including:

• Assessing your payroll
• Producing spreadsheets streamlining your process
• Identifying the most appropriate format for the HMRC accredited reports

We can also send your payslips in a choice of formats that are best for you. We generally send these online so they can be accessed via a specialist App and website 24/7.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer payslips to be sent directly to your address in a securely sealed envelope, then this is also an option. We make sure to inform you every month of your HMRC liability and monitor the payments that are paid by us via BACS.

The Planning Process

Tax Investigation Service
